Does anyone know if there is a way of inputting training on rest days? I've done quite a bit of training on days that I am not scheduled to and I want to input it so I can track my progress!

I agree with justinekenny's comment. It would be good if there were some way of making a structured record of what I actually did even if it does not happen on the day suggested by the training plan. Sometimes I cant run on the programmed day and end up doing the run on the following day. I know this is not what the plan requires but figure it is better than missing the day.

Yes, I agree. It's daft not to be able to record all sessions when they actually occur. How many people can stick exactly to the plan?
