Hello,
I've taken inspiration from watching the GNR today and decided to try a run for myself. I've been in and out of exercise plans for a long time but this time i'm dedicated. Anyone is the same place as me at the moment. It would be great to be able to share the ups and downs of "getting fit".

Hi been following the Beginnings 10K training plan for a five weeks now, just feel I am getting into the thick of it. Hope to see some weight loss soon as the amount of exercise increases
Am determined to keep going and this is the longest I have stuck to a plan in a long long time
Am waiting for events to open for applications and then will start applying!

Thanks! I am trying the swimming and running, thought I may as well set myself a decent goal. Did the first 10 minute run session yesterday and it was harder than I thought! Doing my first swimming session tonight. Good Luck!

hi michelle, i have looked at every magazine going, but until now have always said next week then when next week arrives find another excuse but have now signed up for a swim and running schedule and joined a gym so good luck to the both of us
